Wikid Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By checking the box to join the Wikid™ Loyalty Club (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our website’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility & Age Restriction (Strictly 21+)
Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and a legal resident of the United States to register for an account and participate in the Program.
Age Verification: By checking the box at signup, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older. Wikid™ utilizes third-party electronic age-verification software to verify identity and age prior to fulfilling any e-commerce orders. If your age cannot be verified, your account and any accumulated points will be immediately terminated.
Account Limit: Participation is limited to one (1) Program account per individual. Accounts cannot be merged, shared, or transferred.
Earning Points
Program Status: The ability to earn and track points for both online and third-party retail purchases is currently in development and is not yet active. By signing up today, you are securing your membership slot and consenting to receive club updates.
Launch Notification: We will notify all registered members via email as soon as the point-earning system officially launches. The specific point values, authorized retail partner lists, and receipt-submission rules will be published here at that time. Participation prior to the official launch date does not guarantee retroactive points for past purchases.
Point Redemption & Minnesota Compliance
No Cash Value: Points accrued in this Program are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.
Minnesota Regulatory Compliance: In strict accordance with the rules set forth by the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regarding hemp-derived and cannabinoid promotions, points cannot be redeemed for free products.
Permitted Redemptions: Points may only be redeemed for monetary or percentage discounts (e.g., $5 off or 10% off) applied toward a qualifying future purchase, provided that the net checkout price of any regulated product remains above $0.00.
Expiration: Points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned if there is no account activity (purchases or redemptions) during that timeframe.
Communication Consent (Emails & Texts)
Transactional & Account Emails: By joining the Program, you agree to receive essential transactional and informational emails regarding your account status, point balances, and reward updates. Because these communications are necessary to administer your membership, they do not include an opt-out mechanism, and you will continue to receive them as long as your account remains active.
Marketing Communications: You may also receive promotional emails or text messages regarding double-point events, sales, and new products. You may opt out of these promotional communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our marketing emails or replying "STOP" to text messages.
Privacy & Data Use
Data Collection: To manage the Program, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and birthdate.
Data Protection: We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to administer your rewards account, personalize your shopping experience, and remain compliant with state age-gating laws.
Termination, Abuse, and Forfeiture
Abuse of Program: Wikid™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user’s access to the Program if we suspect fraud, manipulation of the point system, creation of multiple accounts, or any other violation of these Terms.
Forfeiture of Points: If your account is closed, deactivated, or terminated by either you or Wikid™, all accumulated points, rewards, and tier statuses are immediately forfeited and cannot be recovered or reinstated.
Changes to the Program & Limitation of Liability
Right to Modify: Wikid™ reserves the right to change, modify, restrict, or cancel the Program, its point-earning structures, redemption tiers, or eligibility rules at any time, with or without prior notice, to adapt to evolving state or federal hemp regulations.
Limitation of Liability: Wikid™ is not responsible for any system glitches, technical errors, website downtime, or data loss that results in uncredited points or an inability to redeem rewards.
Governing Law
These Terms and your participation in the Program are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from this Program must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
